You don't have to be the fastest runner/walker, just the most predictable runner/walker, or the runner/walker in the best costume, to take home a PIE. Get some exercise, be the pie hero, relax before you move on to the rest of your day. Come for the run/walk, stay for the potluck coffee and carbs. Heck, bring the whole family and see if you can outnumber the Fellabaums. Maybe there will be a prize for the family with the most attendees. Children, dogs, ferrets on leash, strollers, roller blades and jet packs all allowed. No timing devices of any kind because that would be cheating. If you need pie that badly I'll bake you one.
